Are you otaku enough to have dreams about your fav anime/manga/game characters? Were you ever inspired enough to draw a short doujinshi about it so that you wouldn't forget the expierence? I would like to present you with: REdefine Comiks Presents: Doujin Dreams vol. 1, an artist compilation.
If you had a dream which involved an anime/manga/game character, as pointless and random as it may have been. Do a short manga about it (preferably under 10 pages) and submit it to redefine_email@DELETETHECAPITALSyahoo.com
Redefine Comiks will be producing a independent doujinshi with the received submissions. Submissions must be at least 300 DPI, can be shrunk down too 5.5x8.5, and should be in black and white. Printing quality will be high so don't be scared to use greys and tones. No hentai or "wet dream" entries, please. Also with your submission, be sure to provide the names of those who made the doujinshi possible, the full names, anime/manga/game title , and preferably the name of the character creater as well, of the character who appeared in the dream (so we can give proper credit), and an e-fanmail addy. There's no deadlines, once we think we have enough submissions, we'll make notice that the final project is ready for print.
A website and example submission will be available within the next couple months. We hope to have this project finished in around 6 months.

What a nifty idea, Jaems. I remember I had a dream which invovled some kinda of weird ninja mission with Team 7 from Naruto... heh, if I ever have anime-themed dreams again I'll try to remember it enough to join in ^^

Glad to see there's already an interest! Everyone knows that dreams can be hard to recall, even if they're less than a day old, so improv is allowed.
PS: Does anybody know where else I might be able to recruit artists for something like this? my list of connections is pretty low. This comic isn't meant to be christian based (unless Jesus was also in your dream) so christian artists aren't necessary (though definately not discouraged).

I had a weird dream with Ed and Al from FMA in it. It also involved Ed's nonexistant cousin and Al driving a white convertible. I'm sure I've had more ones but I can't remember them all......
